In the present study, hydroalcoholic extract of dandelion induced both apoptosis and autophagy in 4T1 breast cancer cells, suggesting that dandelion can be used to inhibit the growth and proliferation of cancer cells.

In this study, dandelion extracts suppressed the growth of BCSCs.
