With its two-piece grip frame the Taurus Gaucho would be a natural for one piece grips of exotic materials, and South America is certainly a place where beautiful woods abound. My free advice to Taurus would be to offer nicer one-piece wood grips as an option.
28 Ιουλ 2009 · Some NIB 45 Colt Gauchos on GunBroker and GunsAmerica. Not too many though, I suppose the price will start going up. Hard to figure out Taurus' thinking.
3 Ιουλ 2008 · I am looking to pick up a SAA Clone and the prices on the Taurus Gaucho are pretty hard to beat. I want stainless finish and .45 Colt. I know they have had issues in past, but is this something that has been remedied or did their latest models have problems still?
3 Δεκ 2018 · Posted December 3, 2018. Taurus Gaucho was a pretty well made Replica, equipped with Transfer Bar ignition. A little rough out of the box but responded well to a bit of rubbin-n-buffin. Not at all expensive. The Beretta Stampede was an entirely different gun from an entirely different manufacturer.
The Taurus Gaucho" Revolvers may look like heirlooms on the outside, but they're brand-spanking new on the inside, featuring an integral transfer bar and the Taurus Security System along with the original "Four Click" cocking action and traditional fixed sights.
