22 Σεπ 2021 · This is the original review we did on the Audi A3 1.4 TFSi with a TDI tuning box, taken from our archives from 2018. @tdi_tuning Gave us a tuning box to try out on my Audi A3.
I did so, not after the initial recommendation, but I did review some Google search posts and YouTube videos of reviews of this product and various automotive tunes. I also downloaded the Software App to my my Apple Phone and reviewed all the features without finding any quirks.
You can watch our video review here.... The tuning box plugs in between the (engine control unit) ECU and engine sensors. There are tuning boxes in name only, and tuning boxes in deed, this thankfully is the latter! The ECU controls the essential aspects of the engine, controlling fuel, ignition timing and turbo boost.
