Identity theft: Scammers steal and sell teachers' personal information or hijack documents like passports for illicit activities. Some scammers craft fake ESL companies, websites, and job descriptions and even conduct fake "interviews" to seem legit.

19 Ιουλ 2022 · A new scam has recently emerged involving cyber crime. Fraudsters contact teachers to set up companies in the US to generate income through online advertisements. The teacher acts as the website host while the fraudster uses bots to click on the adverts – fake clicks, in other words.
