Password: new or reset? If you’ve never logged into the website before or you’ve forgotten your password, you can enter your registered email address into our Password page. You will receive instructions on how to set up a new password or reset an old one.
If you forget your username or password, you can go to the Log in page and click on "Forgot username" or "Forgot password ". After you’ve entered the email address associated with your account, check your email inbox for an automated email that contains your username or a link to reset your password.
