Open Enrollment. After your initial choice of medical and dental options, TBT’s Open Enrollment policy allows you to change your medical and/or dental options once every 12 months. Update Your Plan Address.
Log on to the app and view your benefit balances on the dashboard. Click on customize and select the benefits most suitable to you. You can view 5 at a time. This feature will also advise you when you are next eligible if you have exhausted the maximum allowable.
Under the new health care reform laws, group health plans like TBT must provide active participants with a Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) for the medical plan options they choose. The SBCs help you compare and understand each medical option available when you decide whether to stay in your existing medical option or enroll in another.
