Teamsters Benefit Trust. Welcome to TBT. Formed as a result of collective bargaining between labor and management, the Teamsters Benefit Trust is under the direct management of a joint Board of Trustees, composed of Union and Employer members.

If you have questions, please call 800-533-0119 and ask for the Claims Customer Service Unit. A new Coordination of Benefits Questionnaire must be re-submitted every 12 months to TBT at the address shown on the form.
Summary of Benefits and Coverage. Under the new health care reform laws, group health plans like TBT must provide active participants with a Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) for the medical plan options they choose.
