1 Σεπ 2019 · I like the Technics SL-1200 Mk 7 with the new higher end Audio-Technica VM lineup of cartridges. The AT-VM 530EN would be a nice choice on this tonearm. And this also applies for the AT-100E, AT-120E-150MLx range before it.
18 Ιουλ 2019 · Is there an embargo on reviews for the Mk7? It’s been out for a few weeks and I can’t find any authoritative comment, only unboxing videos or quick reviews when it came out in January. Weird
3 Μαρ 2019 · Technics SL-1200mk7 wow and flutter 0.025% WRMS (JIS) In addition, the signal to noise ratio is 8 dB better on the Technics. I could understand some confusion when the first spec was quoted from the PLX-1000 frequency generator.
18 Ιουλ 2019 · As an owner of both the VL12 and the Technics 1200 MK7 I find his glowing review of the Denon, which has well documented problems of dead zones on the pitch fader, a bad tonearm known for loose bearings, speed control issues, and platter wobble, a bit odd.
