Your sim can check their metabolism, weight, and muscle mass via the new objects: the SimFit Smart Watch and the Kiloway Smart Scale. There are new supplements in the game which can - but are not guaranteed - aid in weight loss or muscle gains but may also come with side effects if taken.
14 Μαρ 2023 · Also included is a Scale item to enable you to check your sim's weight and muscle mass. Place the item and instruct a sim to 'Check Fitness' in order to receive a notification with their fitness values. These are represented on a scale between -100 and 100 as they are internally stored by the game.

This mod has been designed to force your sims to adopt a diversified diet. Some foods induce weight gain, others induce weight loss, and very few are 0 calorie. This means that your sims have a much lower risk of being overweight, unless if they like junk foods and desserts too much.
