With summer almost here, there are plenty of awesome opportunities for you to volunteer in the Miami area, from working with kids, to protecting animals, to feeding the hungry, and so much more! Here are five ways that you can give back to your community this season, and earn valuable volunteer experience as well:
24 Μαΐ 2020 · Through a series of workshops and programs, led by leading professional and volunteer advocates in Miami-Dade County, teens build leadership and advocacy skills, volunteer together, and form relationships with peers from across Miami.
Youth volunteers can get a head jump start on legal and criminal justice careers. Adult volunteers have the opportunity to become a mentor. Youth volunteers can serve as a Bailiff, Court Clerk, Defense or Prosecuting Attorney and Juror. You can volunteer for four, eight or 12 months.
