If you can, record in prores as that will give you the highest quality. You can even use apps like filmic pro to get log colors and access to more manual settings (like white balance, iso, shutterspeed). Don't shoot 60p unless it's the shot calls for it. Stick to 25p for Europe and 30p for America.
