19 Δεκ 2021 · TL;DR it seems that Apple broke it with a charger firmware update, which gets autoupdated when you connect your phone to it. You can check your MagSafe firmware version by connecting it to your phone and going to Setting -> General -> About -> Apple MagSafe Charger.
6 Φεβ 2022 · Apple MagSafe wireless chargers and AirPods used to work with Windows laptops, but Microsoft broke compatibility with a late 2021 update. Even reinstalling the OS won’t fix the issue. The issue seems to be specific to Dell laptops.
5 Μαΐ 2021 · Unfortunately the only way to run 130W over USB-C/TB3 into a 9550 is from a Dell dock that supports that. Dell later made a 130W USB-C charger, but it doesn't work at 130W with systems that predate it, like the 9550.

If none of your ports can deliver a high enough power output, you'll have to use the wall charger that was supplied.
