It's not a 12MB IBM RAM card, it's an empty RAM card, that is only for the PS/2 Model 30-286. I swear the seller on eBay had two, but looks like they're gone. It only becomes a 12MB card when you can find 12 x 1MB PS/2 SIMMs. These are damn near unobtanium. I modified regular SIMMs.

18 Ιουλ 2021 · Fairly plain on the outside, this PS/2 Model 30-286 was designed to wear a monitor on top like most business computers of the day. At the moment it's maxed out at 4 MB RAM, and is running PC-DOS 3.3 with a bunch of utilities and games on the 20MB hard drive.
3 Σεπ 2015 · The first thing you can tell right off on opening the case is that the model 30 286 is one of the few ps/2 models that use the 16 bit ISA expansion slots as opposed to MCA.
The original PS/2 Model 30, released in April 1987, is built upon the Intel 8086 microprocessor clocked at 8 MHz and features the 8-bit ISA bus; the Model 30 286, released in September 1988, features the Intel 80286 clocked at 10 MHz and includes the 16-bit ISA bus.
