Dipsy is a green Teletubby with a white hat with black spots. He likes black and white furry top hat and is the second oldest Teletubby after Tinky-Winky.
One day in Teletubbyland, something happened to Dipsy's hat. Dipsy was walking with his hat and he says "Eh-Oh" to the viewers. The nursery rhyme "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" plays in the background. And then, Dipsy's hat shrunk very, very small. Dipsy takes off his hat and sees that it was small.
Dipsy is the 2nd Teletubby with an antenna that refers to a dipstick due to his name. Dipsy has a dark face than the other Teletubbies. He is jolly & likes talking to himself. His favourite thing is his famous cow-printed top hat that rounds off his fashionable image neatly.
