Mark Dean (born March 2, 1957) from Wolverhampton is the man who operated Noo-Noo in the classic series of Teletubbies between 1997 and 2001. He played Noo-Noo throughout the Teletubbies recordings. He also built props and carried out special effects. He was the Puppeteer on The Big Garage.
