These maps describe some of the key climate impacts facing Canada’s cities: High temperatures are important. They determine if plants and animals can thrive, they limit or enable outdoor activities, define how we design our buildings and vehicles, and shape our transportation and energy use.
The following tables show the average maximum and minimum temperatures of Canada of various cities across Canada, based on the climate period from 1981 to 2010 for the months of January and July (generally the lowest and highest average temperature months, but not in every case).

8 Δεκ 2022 · The Canada Climate Map shows all types of climates in different coloured regions of Canada. Canada has a wide range of climatic conditions. Canada's Pacific coast is relatively mild while the Prairie Province have greater extremes.
