Using chins on the healers was the key for me to get my first cape. It made tagging the healers super easy and I was able to kill all 4 pretty much at the same time before attacking Jad again.
I have 30k mith darts just gathering dust and they're perfect for ecu keys. I just use one of each god gear and a Karils bow. Also use the imp in a box to deposit the keys without having to physically leave the place. Don't forget to bring an imp in a box to teleport keys home.
