27 Αυγ 2024 · Rule 190 - Discovery Limitations. 190.1 Discovery Control Plan Required. Every case must be governed by a discovery control plan as provided in this Rule. A plaintiff must allege in the first numbered paragraph of the original petition whether discovery is intended to be conducted under Level 1, 2, or 3 of this Rule.

After initial disclosures, you can serve requests for discovery until 30 days before the date set for trial, or the date set by the court.
To obtain discovery of data or information that exists in electronic or magnetic form, the requesting party must specifically request production of electronic or magnetic data and specify the form in which the requesting party wants it produced.
