I was charged with a DWI in Texas in 2021, im in a pre trial intervention program for a year, I’ve had an IID in my car since the arrest. I blew over a .15 and was in a minor accident. This is my first arrest and DWI ever, so it’s been really confusing and drawn out.
Some key info: I’m a female and was arrested at 28 with my first DUI charge and received it while living in Texas at the beginning of 2022.
