The deciding factor between a good heavy and a bad heavy are how well he plays with the team, and what skills he possesses. A few of the skills that I've noted come from other classes. Aggression (situation dependent), flanking, aim, tracking, distance, and survival (for yourself, and teammates).
TF2 x1000 is a heavy modification of TF2x10 - Multiply a Weapon's Stats by 10 plugin developed by Wliu This gamemode modification was by Melissa who also developed x100 (predecessor). The gamemode was first officially announced on July 8, 2017 and was released with a trailer.
