Long-standing restaurant on the to-try list, as it's an obvious Astoria staple. So relieved to find out it's popular for a reason and not over-hyped. The smoked salmon krispy was inventive and flavorful, in particular the crispy capers. Hash brown was a bit too oily, but otherwise great.
