FWCs are open from Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm, and on Friday, 8am-3pm. Appointments take place either in-person or via phone. When you email us, include the following: Your child's first name, last name, date of birth, and Student ID number (if they have one). A brief summary of your needs.

Walk-ins are welcome but, to best serve your needs, contact your preferred Family Welcome Center in advance by email, to schedule an appointment.
