27 Μαρ 2022 · It was originally published in 1988, way back when there were fewer epic fantasy options than there are today. I find that The Dragonbone Chair and similarly released works such as Dragonlance and The Belgariad suffer from similar criticism. If you are already well-versed in the epic fantasy genre, these books might fall flat for you.
