After one too many insomnia driven nights of infomercial watching, I went ahead and purchased The Wave by The Firm. Luckily I spotted it at Wal-Mart and was able to start using it immediately rather than order it and wait while it was being shipped.
20 Ιαν 2010 · After being contacted by "Good Morning America" about my review, a spokesman for The Firm Wave e-mailed the following response: Unlike a traditional step that focuses only on cardio using a stable surface, The WAVE has two sides and is a total personal home gym -- with more than 100 unique exercises to burn fat and sculpt lean muscles.
21 Δεκ 2008 · Has anyone tried the The Firm Wave board? I exercise at home and am always looking for new DVDs and this looks like fun. But I wonder if I'm coordinated enough to do it.
