There's some highlands on the far east side of the map, north of the river. There's a couple of small ponds there, and raccoons tend to spawn around the ponds. Reply reply
Stand where the sinkhole and the line coming out of the South-East corner of it are touching, then head directly East until you reach this pond. Raccoons always spawn in this area.
