Besides the online booking system, you can also make an appointment to apply for HKSAR Passport, HKSAR Re-entry Permit and HKSAR Document of Identity for Visa Purposes through Immigration Department Mobile Application or via the 24-hour telephone booking system at (852) 2598 0888.
Cross linking of passports. The Immigration Divisions of the Mainland Offices will conduct initial check on the submitted documents which will be forwarded to Travel Documents and Nationality (Application) Section of Immigration Department for processing. Fee.
