I'd like to explain each one so that it's easier to know what the error is trying to tell you, and how to resolve it if possible. ~~~~~ 501: Incorrect username and/or password. Your username and password are what you set them to be. We do not have the ability to alter them.
After pressing "play" loading is constantly "not responding " by game. During Invasions, particularly from 4th to 6th wave & Davy Jones total character freezing occurs plus lots of "not responding" by game.
I had and resolved a similar issue, game was failing to connect at the load screen in the beginning, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it helped but not tremendously. I disabled my anti virus and did a clean install and it worked great afterwards. Maybe give that a shot!
Hi yesterday my game was connecting fine and I even turned off all my anti-virus but I'm forever stuck on the connection screen. Try clearing the cache file in tlopo under program files. In my experience, I often have to Alt-F4 and retry a solid 3-5 times before I actually get through. Even then it's a long wait.
It's the "white screen" issue talked about on the attention players box that appears when you log in. It's a known problem and will hopefully be fixed soon. Apparently there is a potential fix for this issue, https://piratesforums.co/threads/megathread-pypperoni-is-now-live.29907/post-390546.
