Chrome YouTube full-screen glitch. When in full screen mode, the subscribe logo expands to a diagonal line across the screen. Normal in windowed mode. See attached photo. This problem goes away when I disable hardware acceleration in Chrome (latest as of now: Version 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)) settings.
It's free on Steam but the package isn't currently showing because they update the store pages slowly. SteamDB pulls the information directly from the Steam API so it's more up to date. That install button is just giving you the normal Steam install link.
Had an issue with chrome glitching randomly and just now, had a YouTube video I was watching slide to the right over and over again, and any other video I opened. I turned off Hardware Acceleration and it fixed it.

While watching fullscreen videos on Youtube, there are sometimes brief screen flickers and then color shadows on the screen, like watching a 3D movie without the special glasses. Exiting fullscreen seems to fix it temporarily.
