Update your graphic card driver. There should be an update available to make your graphic card work in Windows 10. 4. Make the game compatible with Windows 8. Do this by right-clicking on the shortcut, and troubleshoot compatibility. Follow the steps. You may have to restart the game more than once until the Windows 8 option appears.

I was able to get the sims 2 free ultimate collection through the ea customer service chat. I had to switch my country to New Zealand before I found an agent willing to help. I had to send a pic of a sims 2 disc with a note with the current date on it. They will download it to your origin account. This was in 2017.
