I used Tiem shoes when I was only spinning 1 or 2 times a week in a studio and they were great! The sole definitely wasn’t as sturdy as a normal spin shoe, but that didn’t bother me. They were comfortable, looked really cute, and were easy to walk in.

After checking them out online, I noticed that many of the women at my studio were sporting TIEMs. So, I started ask around and everyone, including some of my instructors, had great reviews.
