14 Ιαν 2022 · Banca Transilvania and Tiriac Group have signed an agreement for the purchase of Tiriac Leasing. The closing of the transaction is expected to happen during the first part of this year, after the analysis and approval of the competent authority.

2 Ιουν 2022 · Banca Transilvania bought Tiriac Leasing from Tiriac Group, the first BT acquisition of a leasing company that is not part of a financial and banking group. The bank is thus taking a strategic step to strengthen its position on the car leasing market.
8 Δεκ 2022 · The acquisition of Tiriac Leasing by the Banca Transilvania Financial Group took place in June this year, and since then – being the integration phase – BT Leasing and Tiriac Leasing operate separately, until the merger.
Banca Transilvania and Tiriac Group have signed an agreement to acquire Tiriac Leasing. The completion of the transaction is expected in the first part of this year and is subject to review and approval by the competent authority.
