You could use curseforge to run forge or fabric modpack without needing to login to microsoft and also instead of using Tlauncher. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZqvkOQ-N3w. This video shows it working using another launcher called SKlauncher.

What you can do is not use TLmods, instead use real forge from their website and search for mods that for forge. If the mods are for fabric then download fabric and put fabric api in the mods folder and so with the mods.
