Accreditation and CLE Rules for Tennessee. National Academy of Continuing Legal Education is approved by the Tennessee Commission on CLE and Specialization to provide distance learning CLE courses in the state of Tennessee. Tennessee attorneys are required to take 15 credit hours every year including 3 credit hours of Ethics.
