TodayTix is 100% reliable for Rush and lottery (for those they work directly with shows/theatres). They're a lot less reliable for regular tickets because they're basically a re-seller (or really a pre-seller). You tell them what they want and they will literally send someone to the box office to buy them.

Hey! I’ve been to shows before but it’s been a while and a lot has changed. I’m looking to see a show without spending too much. What is everyone’s experience with Today Tix? I’ve read some mixed reviews.

4 reviews. US. 2 days ago. I appreciate the expedient response and viable solution. Todaytix appears to have revamped its company, as it seems to be competitive and caught up with the digital world in today’s times. Now, one is able to see the seats prior to purchase.
