(Read this post for more details.) A third trial was to begin May 10, 2022 but on May 2, 2022 the Yavapai County Deputy Attorney, Susan Eazer, filed the following motion:

23 Σεπ 2022 · This is the order notifying the Court that bond has been posted, ordering Tom Chantry’s release prior to the third trial, and confirms a Scheduling Conference for 3/4/2022. It is a short document, so I have included the text in the quote below.
12 Ιαν 2022 · Tom Chantry had been found guilty on 4 counts (counts 2 to 5). Each count would receive a possible sentence of 10 to 24 years: 17 years the presumptive sentence; 10 years if the judge felt it needed to be reduced due to mitigating circumstances; 24 years if the judge felt it needed to be increased due to aggregating circumstances.
1 Μαρ 2022 · In the next document Allen Huber, the father-in-law of Tom Chantry, and assistant pastor of Grace Reformed Baptist Church in Rockford, IL (formerly an ARBCA church) makes a case for the trustworthiness of Chantry and based on that he requests the Judge reinstate the conditions that were in place for Chantry prior to and during his second trial.
8 Δεκ 2016 · I am glad to see that Tom Chantry is now on the radar of SNAP. They are an excellent group that does much in the way of assisting victims of sexual abuse, prevention of sexual abuse by education, and bringing justice to the perpetrators.
