Guard in step 2 of quest despawns and wont reappear if caught once (maybe not every time but happened to me first time) quest is not able to be completed at that point. Just a heads up, y'all may as well wait for jagex to fix. We have tried nothing and are all out of ideas! 920K subscribers in the 2007scape community.
