Spellbound bags are Jack O' Kazam's special bags scattered all over Toontown during Halloween. There is only one bag per district located at a certain spot from any playground, but a new bag spawns each time one bag is collected.
If I’m correct, it’s only one spawn in at any of the playgrounds per server. They’re very rare and when used they can give a number of wacky effects to toons surrounding you, it’s like a unite but with an effect instead.
Gather a group of friends and find them together since they can appear anywhere in the playground (inside and outside buildings) and there’s only one spooky bag per district
