Curiously enough the only place where I can find my old childhood cartoons is on youtube... usually uploaded more than a decade ago with terrible quality. That reminds me, I need to yt-dlp something before it's eventually taken down.

I use kimcartoon, idk if it's good compared to other websites but it's good enough for me with ublock origin. wcostream.net. you easily bypass the movie paywall by click on "watch on playlist". you also find more websites on the megathread or go fmhy.net megathread. Hulu.
I was looking for a torrent for a cartoon that under 4GB for S03 in 1080p, but I couldn't find it on any other public tracker (I tried 1337x, TPB, RARBG, and others). I asked on the chatroom of a private tracker I was in (that one only had it in 6GB), and in 2 minutes someone had found me a copy on LimeTorrents around 3.7GB.
AFAIK there are no specialized public torrent indexers for that sort of content. There are always general public torrent indexers you can check out. See the Common Post Topics in the sidebar, e.g.
Every public torrent site is going to have pop ups, redirects and ads. Or free streaming sites. This should be common knowledge to everyone who pirates in 2024. Your blatantly wrong if you look hard enough you can find one like vipstream.tv.
