12 Απρ 2019 · You probably should go through a few drain and refill cycles to clean out the maze-like passages in the tranny valve body. Most but not all of the fluid can be drained from the torque converter if you pull it away by hand from the transmission.
Remove the check ball body and spring. Remove the 5 bolts, 4 plates and 5 shift solenoid valves. Installation. Install transmission valve body assembly. Install the 5 shift solenoid valves with the 5 bolts and 4 plates. Torque: 6.6 N*m (67 kgf*cm, 58 in.*Lbf) for bolt a 11 n*m (112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*Lbf) for bolt b.

15 Αυγ 2017 · Well, if the replacement solenoid and o-rings are good, then you could have a wiring problem, clogged valve body, or bad ECU. When was the last time the transmission fluid was changed? EDIT: The troubleshooting steps say to check the VB after the solenoid, then the TCC, then the transmission.
1 Μαρ 2018 · Valve body replacement. Use lint-free shop rags: Always work with lint-free shop rags. When it comes to transmissions, cleanliness is imperative. Lint from rags is something you want to avoid at all cost, because lint loves to get in the sump filter and restrict it.
