Before you start you will need: From the start up screen open the web browser, search and open JLR TOPIx. From the links page select Diagnostic installer Helper. This will download the InstallerHelper zip file into the downloads area of your FZ55. Select the zip to open the installer.

Click ‘Links’ located within the lower toolbar. Click ‘Diagnostic Device Agent’ (as shown in image below ). Follow prompts shown on the screen to run and complete the installation of the Diagnostic Device Agent. Language selection of the installer is provided as part of the installation.
