They (Yelp) claimed that I received three direct phone calls, which is true, but they certainly weren’t from customers, rather, they came from other company’s attempting to sell me their products and services.
I contacted customer service & they offered me a couple of resolutions, both positive. I selected the one best for me & within 24hrs, a replacement is on its way at a fraction of the cost & I get to keep the bracelet that is too big! The bracelet itself did not disappoint, the recipient loved it!
