I've driven in real life, a few road cars without power steering (NSX, Ariel atom). Also some cars with a fairly heavy steering feel (s2000, z4m, Evora). I only want to replicate cars I would actually drive in real life. I set my DD (alpha mini ~10-13nm, set to 100%) to only 60-70% in-game in AC.

How much torque you need is just personal preference. Do you want to minic real-world racecar forces (enough to potentially break your wrist)? Or do you just want a comfortable sim experience (albeit with DD precision)? If it’s the former, you need a lot more torque. If it’s the latter, 8nm should be plenty.
