-When booting up the game, when you see the windows icon on your mouse, click nothing! if you do it will crash, boot up, wait 30 seconds and let it do its thing. If it still does not work: -Remove all mods (first uncheck off the launcher, if it does nothing, unsubscribe through steam workshop) then reboot the game.
If you’re using Windows 10 and have errors with missing files or something like this, run the setup.exe with compatibility set to Windows 7. And run it as admin. Run the setup in Safe Mode

14 Φεβ 2020 · So in about november i decided to get back into rome 2. But after a few hours of play the game just shutoff to desktop with no warning. It happened twice more and i reinstalled the game, it continued happening.
