26 Ιουλ 2019 · If the cooling system works better on the highway (where fans aren’t needed), your xA may be having fan issues (blown a fuse, bad motor, wiring harness damage). Faulty Compressor. A faulty compressor will not move the refrigerant through the system properly. Here are the four main reasons why your xA’s may not be working:

13 Σεπ 2019 · If the radiator fan is not working, it’s a serious problem. Just because the radiator fan is not on does not mean that it is not working. They are designed to only run when needed. If your xA is running hot, and the fan is not running we’ve laid out the most common causes of this issue below.
1 Σεπ 2014 · The ac will run the cooling fan at full speed to keep the condenser cool. The engine computer will change the fan speed using the cooling fan resistor. If the resistor is bad the fan speed signal will never make it past the resistor through to the fan motor
4 Απρ 2012 · While my experience with Toyota/Scion is limited, I do work for a car company, and I see similar situations all the time with Chevys, which is what I deal with. If this kind of situation were on a Chevy, I would likely think that the heater fan resister was the problem.
