The HOUSEKEEPING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to prepare guest rooms, clean public areas and equipment, provide housekeeping services, provide valet services, handle intoxicated guest, and laundry linen and guest clothes to a range of accommodation services.

  6. The Training Regulations (TR) serve as basis for the: 1. Competency assessment and certification; 2. Registration and delivery of training programs; and 3. Development of curriculum and assessment instruments.

  7. TESDA-accredited Housekeeping Training Centers are designed to provide students with specialised courses related to housekeeping operations, such as sanitation procedures, cleaning methods and guest services.
