I spoke with someone who tried to input my new sim, said there were system errors and created a ticket to get it done... as of this morning the ticket was closed, and my phone still pops up that the sim is not provisioned MM#2
I am having the same issues with the SIM not provisioned MM#2 with a new phone I activated today and not really seeing what I have to do anywhere.
Next time I turned on phone, was getting the "SIM not provisioned MM2 error". I have placed 5 calls to Tracfone, who told me to turn the phone off and back on again, which does not resolve the problem. The only other thing they suggested was to remove and re-insert the sim card.
