18 Ιαν 2024 · Make the marinade: In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, meat tenderizer, black pepper, red pepper flakes, onion powder, and garlic powder. Whisk until evenly combined and the sugar is dissolved. Add the meat to the marinade and toss until all of the pieces are evenly coated.
Instructions. Prepare marinade. In a large zip top bag, combine all ingredients for the marinade. Mix well to dissolve the sugar. 4 cloves garlic, 1 cup soy sauce, ½ cup Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, 2 Tablespoons black pepper, 1 cup beer or beef stock. Marinate beef.
