29 Ιουλ 2020 · There are no recent reviews about nurse mentoring specifically, and existing reviews are either out-dated or define mentoring very narrowly . We address this gap by identifying and synthesizing the literature about nurse mentoring in health service delivery settings.
A review of the literature includes descriptions of formal and informal mentoring as well as the description of mentoring in the role transition process.
