6 Φεβ 2010 · Trailer sway dampening applies individual brakes on the Jeep should the trailer and Jeep start to sway. It is an effort to stop the swaying. You can ad a hitch to any JK, but the tow capacity will be different, depending on the configuration; 2dr or 4dr, axle ratio.
9 Απρ 2024 · I'm here looking for advice with respect to setting up my new 2023 JLU (V6/Manual Transmission/17" wheels) to tow my 8' heavy duty utility trailer in the near term and maybe a 4000 lb boat and/or a future small camper. My Jeep came with "Trailer Sway Damping" as standard equipment and I guess that's a sway bar.

19 Μαΐ 2011 · From my understanding, all it does is it sensors when the rear of the Jeep begins to sway, so it reduceds engine torque and will apply the brakes on an individual or a couple wheels to regain control of the vehicle and keep it in a straight line.
