7 Σεπ 2023 · Looks like it works with the rest of your stability control. If the truck senses trailer sway it will apply individual wheel brakes and cut engine power as necessary to compensate and re-stabilize.
22 Νοε 2017 · Modern trailer sway control is part of stability control which applies the brake to individual wheels based on what it thinks is the best thing to do. It analyses yaw sensors, wheel speed, steering angle... maybe other sensors to determine the best course of action for the situation detected.
26 Ιουλ 2022 · If equipped with TSC (Trailer Sway Control) it is part of the ESC (Electronic Stability Control) system. Looking at the 2022 RAM 1500 manual Safety Features starting on page 315 these features are described. On page 322 it states that TSC is disabled when ESC is either "Partial Off" or "Fully Off" state.

3 Οκτ 2018 · So, the setup manual for my new WD Hitch with Sway Control (Andersen) states that the anti-sway features built-in to new trucks can actually work against the sway control of their hitch and make the trailer sway!
25 Ιουλ 2023 · I have a 2022 Ram 1500 etorque with a tow rating of 12750 lbs. Payload of 1840 lbs pulling a 28 bhss puma. Dry weight of 7513 lbs, hitch weight of 835 lbs. I'm using a recurve R3 hitch. After adjusting this hitch several times I still can't get the sway under control above 45 mph.
